Natural Makeup: Bite Beauty Lipstick


Hey everyone! Welcome back to Anthesy, Celina here. First of all, I would like to thank you so much for following For the past few weeks, we’ve had a lot of fun here! And today’s video, we’re going to be focusing on some lipstick swatches by a wonderful company based in Toronto, called Bite Beauty. You might have heard of these, they are wonderfully pigmented lipsticks, that are creamy, soft and so moisturizing and it really helps to keep dry chapped lips away for the winter time. So without further a due, let’s get into the lipstick swatches! A bit about the brand before getting into the swatches Bite beauty makes lipsticks that are high performing natural, and apparently clean enough to eat There are definitely lots of good natural ingredients like nourishing oils and even Shea butter They also contain Resveratrol which will keep your lips nice and youthful But let’s take a closer look at the ingredients the lipsticks may contain ingredients like Mica, Titanium Dioxide and Iron Oxides which contain traces of lead naturally Lipsticks may also contain synthetic colouring as some colours are hard to produce without the use of synthetics. looking into these ingredients, they are rated low to moderate hazard and are under restrictive use when added to beauty products. Now onto the swatches. Our first colour is Cava. Cava is a lilac-beige that is a blushed nude with hints of brown and mauve. Definitely a nice colour to wear out with a dramatic smokey eye. Next up is Vouvray Vouvray is a ballet pink that is a soft but bright baby pink The formula is definitely rich, easy to apply and smells fruity and creamy Very cute and feminine, a your lips but better colour suited for everyday wear Next up is Fig. Fig is a nude-rose that is a bright but muted Rosy Pink Definitely another great shade for everyday wear Fourth is Zin. Zin is a muted berry that is like a stained berry red with a hint of shimmer. It’s a great understated red when you don’t want bold lips. Oh, and don’t forget to subscribe, go ahead click on it! Next is Pepper. Pepper is a dusty rose, a true muted rose with a brown hue. A great neutral for fall, especially with a subtle winged liner And our final colour, Violet. Violet is a magenta-violet, that is a saturated purple-pink. This one is perfect for a fun evening out! Alright, so what are the results? Bite beauty luminous creme lipsticks are highly pigmented and easy to work. Some come in sheer formulas but are easy to build. There are a wide range of colours for lipstick lovers and and it is very moisturizing and does not cause peeling It is not all natural or vegan but it is less toxic than than most commercial lipsticks.
